Tom Watt
Born in Montrose, Tom studied at ECA under Philipson, Peploe, Cumming and Michie before taking up a career in teaching art. Retiring early he took up painting full-time and moved to France to live and work, enjoying capturing the dappled light and warmth of his colourful surroundings in his paintings. Recently returned to Scotland he continues to paint Mediterranean and Scottish scenes.
